Massage Therapy

Light to medium pressure massage incorporating various massage strokes to facilitate healing and relaxation.

For the athlete, firm pressure massage combined with therapeutic stretching techniques are used to alleviate muscle adhesions, lengthen muscle and increase athletic performance.

Deep pressure is used to release toxins and melt trigger points within the muscles, resulting in increased range of motion and pain reduction.

Essential oils are dripped along the spine and gently massaged into the skin, increasing oxygen and blood flow. A hot compress is applied to the back to penetrate the healing oils into the body. A full body massage completes the experience.

Reflex points in the hands and feet correlate to other parts of the body. Stimulating these points relieves tension, improves blood supply and normalizes body function. This is excellent for tired, achy feet.
